REAS, applications have been made by the persons hereinafter
named for a permit to sell non- intoxioating beverages, commonly walled soft
drinks, in the city of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions end require-

RES0L D, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that a permit be

under and in pursuenoe of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the
