TRANSFERRING AIL SURPLUS MONEYS TO THE GENERAL FUND
RESOLVED, that under the provisions of section 24, char
5
article 4 of the Charter, the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to
transfer all surplus moneys to the General Fund, except such surplus moneys
es may be in the several interest and sinking funds and in each other funds
the disposition of said surplue moneys is otherwise provided for; and be
it further
RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to
transfer from the Library Fund to the General Fund the sum of Nine Thousand,
Six Hundred and Thirty-six and 47/100 Dollars ($9,636.471; and be it farther
RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to
transfer from the Initiative Relief Fund to the General Fund, the sum of
Two Thousand Three hundred and Fifty- two end 99/100 Dollars, (02,352.99);
end the Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized to make said transfers
upon their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1930,
by the following vote, to-wit:
