RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSEeSUENT

WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent end City Engineer of the
City of Alameda did on the 24th day of June, 1930, file with the City
Clerk of said City en assessment to represent the cost and expense
of the work and improvement done and mede by THE TAPER TUBE P012
COMPANY, contractor, pursuant to proceedings had and taken under Re-
elution of Intention No. 92 N.S., of the Counoil of the City of Alameda,
adopted November 5, 1929,
AND WhlREAS, the City Clerk has duly given notice by publies-
tion end posting in,t he time end =inner provided by law of the filing
of said assessment end of the time set for hearing thereon, which time
was fixed in eaid notioe es the 15th day of July, 1930,
AND WHEREAS, no appeals have been filed in the time and
manner provided Ly law, egeinst the confirmation of the assesement,
AND WHEREAS, the said Council has received evidence oral and
doeumentery concerning the correetneee of eaid assessment end the
proper completicn of the work end improvement for which the same is
issued;
NOW, THERM:RE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that said assessment and the dieffram and warrant attach-
ed thereto, the proceedings leading up to the same And all acts and de-
terminations of the Street Superintendent and City Engineer in relation
thereto be end the same are hereby confirmed, retified end epproved, and
the Street Superintendent is hereby ordered to deliver said warreot, as-
sessment end diagram to THE TAPER TUBE POLE COMPANY, the contractor, forth-
with upon the payment by it of the incidentel expenses due thereon.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
wee duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1930, by
the following vote, to-wit;
AYES: Councilmen Broderson, Caleutt,Henning, Latham and President
Seheefer, (5)
NOBS. None.
ABSENT: Nene.
