RESOLUTION ?THING TINE AND LIMOS OF FINAL HEARING
WHERaAS, on January 21, 1970, the City Council. adopted its Reso-
lution of Intention No. 95 N.S., to order certain work to be eons snd im-
provements to be made in the above-entitled metter, under and pursuant to
the rrovisions of the Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925, reference
being hereby expressly made to sail Resolution of Intention No. 95 N.S.,
for further particulars, and
WilSREAS, the superintendent o1 work and the contractor have filed
a verified declaration and statement with reference to the completion of
said work, incidental expenses and other matters, es required by the pro-
visions of section twenty-two (22) o° said Act, end this board Laing required
to fix s'time and place of final hearing thereon, row, therefore, be it
REGOLYED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda that Tuesday,
the 19th day of Aogust, 1930, at the hoer of 8 eclook P.M., of H9.id day,
in the Chambers of the City Council be, and the same ie hereby fixed as the
day, hour and place for holding said final hearing, said time beinz not
sooner then ten days from the date hereof; and the Clerk hereof is directed to
give notice of said hearing as rep by said aot.
I', the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregOing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and. adopted by the Uouncil of the Gity
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of A-Julot, 1930,
