RESOLUTION OP ACCEPTANCE' AND CONSENT TO MECORDATICN
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that the deed or
grant dated August 7th, 1930, from ERED HELLMANN and RUTH NEUMANN, his wife,
of New York City, State of New York, by their attorney in fact HUBERT WISCHER,
conveying to the City of Alameda, a municipal Corporation, 211 that certain
lot, piece or parcel of land situate In the pity of AlamooR, county of Alameda,
State of California, and bounded and described an follows, to-wit:
