REQUESTING COUNTY BOARD 02 SU'aRVISORS TO GRANT
PERMISSION TO CONSOLIDATE A :ZECIAL ELECTION WITH
THE GENERAL ELECTION, _NOVEMBER 4th, 1930.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Aaameda desires to hold
3 special election to submit certain measures to the qualified electors
of said City, at the saffm time as the general November election, end
desires to consolidate said special election with said general November
election to the extent of using the same election officers and precincts,
the City of Alameda to furnish its own supplies and ballot boxes; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the of the City of Alameda that the Board
of Supervisors of said County be requested to grant permission to the said
Couneil of the City of Alameda to consolidate said special election with
the general November eleetion on November 4, 1930, to the extent of using
the 0,2A16 election officers and precincts, the City of Alameda to furnish
its own supplies and ballot boxes.
the undersigned, hereby certify thut the foregoing Resolution
was 'dilly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the End day of September, 1930,
by the following vote, to-wit;
AYES; Councilmen Broderson, Calcutt, Henning, Lathe" Pres-
ident ''Schneer, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
