RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT'', TO RECORDATION
(PLI=R PRUFRTY-SADLER SCHOOL)
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the
deed or grant conveying to the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation,
all that certin reel property situate:in said City, County of Alameda,
State of California, and particularly described se follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line
of San Antonio Avenue, distant thereon West-
erly 90 feet from the point of intersection
thereof with the Westerly line of Fart], Street,
as said Avenue and Street are shown on the
Map hereinafter referred to, and running thence
Weeterly along said line of Sen Antonio Avenue
75 feet; thence at right angles Northerly 145
feet; thence at right angles Easterly 15 feet;
thence et right angles Northerly 50 feet; thence
at right engles Easterly 50 feet; thence at
right angles:Southerly 1CC feet; thence at right
angles Easterly 10 feet and thence at right
engles Southerly 95 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING a portion of Block Lettered "I", ea said
block is delineated and designated upon that
certain map entitled "Map of Oak ark Enoinel of
Alameda, Alameda Co. Cal.,"filed October 28th,
1976 in Libor 1 of Maps at page 103, in the
office of the County .11ecorder of Alameda County,;
State of California,-
acquired by said City for school purposes, be and the same is hereby
accepted, and said Gouncil, acting for and in behalf of said grantee,
hereby consents to the recordation of said deed or grant, and orders
this resolution to be attached thereto as required by Seution 1158 of the
Civil Code.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council
of the City of Alameda in reguler meeting assembled on the 5th day of
November, 1930, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Brodereen, Celcutt, Henning, Latham and
President Schaefer, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
