AUTLOBIZING PAYIL,INT OF DECEILBER SALARIES
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alarieda, that the
salaries of the city officials and employees, for the month of December,
1930, shall be due and payable on the 20th day of December, 1930, and
the City Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to issue and deliver
warrants for all such salaries on said last mentioned day, and the City
Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay said warrants so
issued and delivered; and be it further
RESCUED, that the City Treasurer be and he is hereby aathor-
ized to hold the said warrants so :pait as cash on hand until the 1st day
of January, 1931.
I,. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolu-
tion was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of December,
1930Y, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Brodersen, Calcutt, Latham and President
Schaefer, (4).
EDES None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Henning, (1).
