GRAFTING A FEN= FOR A LICENSE TO SELL SOFT DRINKS
wHERF,Ag, an zeblicationhas been made by the pennons hereinafter
named for a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft
drinks, in the city of Almeda, in accoreneo with the provisions aad re-
quirements of Ordinance No, 262, N.S., of said city, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that e permit
be and it in hereby granted and a ficrnso is hereby authorized to be issued
under and in -pursuance to the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the
sale and dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly celled soft
drinks, by the following persons and at the following places, to wit:
PLACE
Gaston P. Mazza 1400 Webster Street
2. E. Dreyfous Rialto Indoor Golf Course,
2416 Santa Clara Avenue.
RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby author
ized and directed to issue a license to said persons under the provisions
of said ordinance and upon the payment by said parties to said city of
Alameda of the license tax of $5.00 per year or fraction thereof, payable
in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adeoted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the and..day of December, 1930,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Brodersen, Calcutt, Latham and President
Schaefer, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Henning, (1).
