GRANTING A PERMIT FOR A LICENSE TO SELL SOFT DRINKS
W13TREAS, an application has been made by the person here-
insfter named for a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly
called so2t drinks, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with the
provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 252, E.5., of said ci/y,
now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Oity of Alameda, that a permit
be and it is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be
issued under and in pursuance to the provisions of said ordinance author
izing the sale and dispensation. of non-:intoxicating beverages, commonly
called soft drinks, by the following person and at the following place,
to wit:
NAME PLACE
Joseph Corice 1529 ?ark Street.
RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby
authorised and directed to issue s license to said person under the
provisions of said ordinance and upon the payment by said party to said
city of Alameda of the license tax of 05.00 rer year or fraction thereof,
payable in advance®
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolu-
tion was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of December,
1930, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Brodersen, Henning, Latham and Acting Couneil
president Ualcutt, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSEZT: Councilpresident Schaefer, (1).
