WHEREAS, in. tbe opinion of the Council of the City of Alameda,.
panic interest and necessity demands the openinz and extension of tne south,

WHEREAS, the property hereinafter-described is, in the judgment of

for the opening and extension of the southerly end of Ternside Boulevard, all

of Alnmede, County of Alameda, State of Olifornim, 4Ael bounded and pnrticulsrly
described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNIMG at the point of intersection of the

westerly line o1 Ternsido Boulevard if extended
southerly to Eneinal Avenue; rwalliag thence
northerly, along said extended line of Ternaide
Boulevard, one hundred sad nine and 65/100
