TO APPOINT AND FIX COMPENSATION OP A CERTIFIED
PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT, AND APPOINTING A COMMITTEE.
FOR SUCH PURPOSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint and fix
the compensation of a. certified public accountant to investigate the
transactions and accounts of all officers, according to Article II, Sec;
tion 24 of the Oity Charter; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that a com-
mittee be appointed by the Mayor for such purpose, and report accordingly
at tbe next regular meeting of said Council.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of April, 1931,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Brodetsen, Leydeoker, Murray and President
Henning, (4).
NOES; Councilman SchaefEr, (1).
ABSENT: 'None.
