Resolution 01615RESOLUTION NO. 1615 TRANSFERRING ALL SUR2IUS MONEYS TO THE C'ENERAL FUND RESOLVED, that under the provisions of section 24, chapter 3, article 4 of the Charter, the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer ll surplus moneys to the General ?Lind, except such surplus moneys be in the several interest and sinking funds and in such other funds the disposition of said moneys is Otherwise provided for; and be it farther RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer from the Library Fund to the General Fund, the sum of Eight Thousand, Nine hun- dred and Eightyttm and 08/100 Dollars, (8,982.08); and be it further RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer from the Initiative Relief Fund to the General Fund, the sum of One Thousand, Four hundred and Ninetynine and 16/100 Dollars, 01,499.161; and the Auditor and the Treasurer ere hereby authorized to make said trensfers upon their res- pective books. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of July, 1931, by the following vote, to wit: AYM: Councilmen Brodersen, Leydeeker, Schaefer and President (41.
