RESOLUTION OP ACCEPT:INCE AN1 CONS= TO RECORDATION
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the deed or
grant, executed by George H. Noble and Elizabeth C. Noble, his wife, conveying
to the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, 8 strip of land across the
premises of said George H. Noble and Elizabeth C. Noble, hie wife, situate in
said City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINVING at a point on the Westerly line
of Versailles Avenue distant thereon 212.2
feet Northerly from the intersection there-
of with the Northerly line of Bay Island
AVenue as said Avenues are designated and so
delineated upon that Certain map entitled
"Plat .of the Lewelling*Division, Alameda"
filed October 18, 1927, in Liber 19 of Maps,
page 67, in the office of the County Recorder
of Alameda County, California; running thence
:Northerly along said line of Versailles
Avenue 42 feet; thence at s right angle
Westerly 261 feet to the Easterly line of
Pearl Street; thence Southerly along said
line of Pearl Street 42 feet;,thence at a
right angle Easterly 281 feet to the Westerly
line of VereeillesAvenue and the point of
beginning. Deing a portion of Lots, Numbered
7,8,9 and 10 .in Block "IP,
acquired by said City for Street purposes, be, end the same is hereby,accehted
and said Council, eating for and in. behalf of said srantee, hereby consents to
the recordation of said deed or,grant, and orders this resolution to be attached
thereto, as required by Section 1156 of the Civil Code.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced. and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of July, 1931, by the following
vote, to wit:
Councilmen Drodersen, Leydeeker, Schaefer and President Hennhts,(4)
