RESOLVED: by the council of the City 01 Alameda, that there be
and there is hereby transferred from the Electric Light Fund to the General
Fund the V414, of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars, ($100,000) as a
dividend.
Tte Auditor and the Treasurer ara hereby aut horized to make ssin
tremsfur upon their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introcluced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of February, 10.32, by
the following vote, to wit:-
AYES: Councilmen Leydecker, Werris, Shealy and President Murray,
NOES: None.
