RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of alameda, that the deed or
grant, executed by' ERE BOARD OF TRUSTEES a? TEE LELAND STANFORD FENTON BNB-
PYRSITY, a body. having corporate powers unber the laws of the State of Cal-
ifornia, conveying to the OMIT OF ALAMEDA, a municipal corporation, the following

of California,
Beginning at a point on the Sesterly line of Pearl Street
distant thereon 200 feet Northerly from the intersection
