RESOLVED, by the Ceencil of the City of Alameda, that the quitclaim
Deeds, executed by Noble Fa Justice anfl. Marian. 3, Justice, his wife, and Thornton
Wilson. anA Irene Ray Wilson, his wife, respactivelya cuithlaimnng to the City
of Alameda, a munncipal corporation, all. that certadn lot, piece ar parcel of
land, situate, lying end being in t City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State
of California, and pounded. and particulaTly descrined as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of Peefl. Streot,
a distance thereon 170 feet Southerly from the Delft of
