RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE AND EGOISM TO RECORDATION(
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that the grant of easement executed by
ILAKEDA EIRE COMPADI, a corporation conveying to the City- of Alameda, a municipal. corporation, the
following described strip or parcel of land situate in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State
of California:
A strip of land four (4) feet in width the center line of which is described
as follosu, to wit:
CUREECING at a point which is distant South Di o4- Nest 100 feet along
tiro westerly line of Sixth Street, producpd southerly, and Plata:at South
mo 2E' East 3 feet from said westerly line of Sixth Street, produced
southerly, and running thence South iv 35, West 126 feet to a point;
thence South 66v 35' West 3.31 feet to a point on the westerly line of
the property of the alomeda Park Company.
