The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(13 -191) Conference with Legal Counsel — Existing Litigation (54956.9); Name of Case:
David Kapler v. City of Alameda, et al.; Superior Court of California, Alameda County,
Case No. HG11570933; Number of Cases: One (1)
(13 -192) Conference with Legal Counsel — Anticipated Litigation; Initiation of litigation
pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 54956.9; Number of cases: One (As Plaintiff - City
Initiating Legal Action)
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Gilmore
announced that regarding Existing Litigation, direction was given to staff; and
Anticipated Litigation, direction was given to staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Gilmore adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
