CORAER OF PARK STREET LAD BANE ALLEY FOR THE PURPOSED ALLOYED IX CLASS V, EXCEPTING THE
SALE OF GASOLINE.
WHEREAS, s petition has been. filed with be City Planninm Comslission of the City
O f Alameda for u temporary revocable permit for u period of six (6) months, renewable there-
after from time to time, which will permit the use of the hereinafter described property
for any el the purposes allowed in Class V es specified in the 'Zone Ordinance of the City
of Alameda, excerting the eale of gasoline on said premises, and intention is to ask renewals
of said permit, provided no gasoline is sold on. said premises and un condition that no gas-
oline be sold on said premises, described as follows:
COMMENCING et the intersection of the southern
line of Bank Alley with the western line of
Park Street, running thence westerly along said
line of Bank Alley 150.60 feet, thence et right
angles southerly 3o.134 feet; thence et right
angles easterly 150.80 feet 5rid thence at right
angles northerly 36.84 feet to the point of
commencement;
and
WHEREAS, the City. Planninm Commission of the City of Alameda, in. a regular meeting
held Wednesday. evening, September 28, 1932, unanimously recomnended to the City Council
of the City' of Alameda that said temporary revocable permit be granted; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Counbil of the City of Alameda that said Council hereby
grants n temporary revocable permit for a period of sir (6) months, and, renewable
thereafter from time to time, which shall permit the use of the property described es
the southwest corner of Park Street and Bank Alley for aily of the purposes allowed in Class.

premises, and provided no gasoline is sold OD said premises and on condition that 0.0
gasoline be sold on said premises.
