AUTHORIZING PAYNENE TO 1722 LEAGDE OF DEITTORNIE MUNICIPALITIES
FOR 'BURNT:321NC ASSISTANCE AND INFORNITION WITH REFERENCE TO
GAB TMX ALLOCATION,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alaapda as follows:
WHIEDEAS, it is desirous for the Cities of California. to endeavor to obtain a certain
portion of the gasoline to funds now being received by the tate end Counties; and
WHEREAS, tie League of California Municipalities i5 equipped to furnish the necessary
assistance in acouiring the information and data necessary to make such a division to the
cities,
NOW, THIREEORE, be it resolved that the sum of Seventy-five Dollars (2:75.00) be paid te
the League of California hunicipa.litien for the purpose of ucillring necessary' information
and. data tfut can be used by the City of Alameda in obtaining the proper allocation of
the ge.soline tax now teing paid to the to of Chlit)(msnla and. to the counties.
