for a permit to hold an amateur boxing contest, accordine to rules of the

provided by law; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that a permit be granted
to Alameda Pest, American Legion to hold. said amateur boxing contest in the City of

and that e gratuitous license be issued by City License Collector.
