WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has received numerous com-
plaints from civic organizations and. citizens pertaining to the lighting in
the posey Tube between. the Cities of Oakland and Alameda; swig,
WIT181.614S, said Coubbil of the City- of Alameda is of the opinion that the
13lt lishtino system used in the tube is insufficient to nroporly light
said tube; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOIATED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the Board c

and proper lights (3 lighting system installed lo said tube.
