RESOLVED, oy the Council of the City. of Alameda, that the Pwesiblent
of said Courbil and Mayor of said City be, and he is herel y. authorized to
execute and sign a quitclaim deed to J. H. 1,12U28 and A. C. BRUNS for all that
certain lot or parcel of land rituate, lying are being in the City. of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California, particularly described as follows, to wit:
COWEENCING at the point of intersection of
the easterly. line of College Avenue with
the northerly line of Calhoun Street, as
deeded by Wm. Stuart, et al„ to Inc City
of Alameda by instrument dated September
20 1887, acid recorded. 2 the office. of the
County Becorder of Alaneda County, in Liber
342 of Deeds, at Page 2, and running thence
easterly along the above mentioned northerly
line of Calhoun Street, 110,19 ft, to a
point on the northerly line of Calhoun Street,
as established by Ube. City of Alameda, January.

thence westerly along said. last mentioned. line
