AUTRELDBBINE YABOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMBRT BETWEEN
CIBM OF ATJa=v, AITT) couNTY OF ALAMEDA.
RE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the Eayor
of said City be and he is hereby authorized, on behalf of d City, to enter
into that certain. agreement by and between the City of Alameda and the County
of Alameda providing for an apportiorivient of the cost of maintenance of the
plant, including fuel and service, janitor service and insurance, and other
items of maintenance and upkeep of the Realtb Center Building, occupied
jointly by said City end aa1d 0ounty.
3, the. undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was dnly and regularly introduced and adopted by the D'euncil of the City
of Alameda in. regular esting assembled OR the 20th day of June, 1933, by
