CREATING AIM ESTABLISH: 1R) L UNFIEFLOYMMTT FUND.
ITHERIS, the Board of Public Utilities of the City of Alameda has
heretofore, by resolution, agreed to transfer monthly the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars (4,000.00) to the City of Alameda for the use and benefit of the
unemployed of said City; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that there is hereby
created and established an unemployment fund.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all moneys deposited in said unemployment fund
shall be used only for payment of labor on city projects.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City. of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of Jul, 19.33, by the following vote,
to wit:
A7:73: Councilman Morris, 2hanly and Vice-presidont Erchen (3).
NOES: Councilmen Leydeckur (1).
