TRANSFERRING $400.00 FROM THE GE:7E2AL
FUND TO TT ERENPLOYEENT FUND.
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of June, 1933, the City of Alameda en to
an agreement rith Symon Bros., for rho wrecking and cleaning up of all wooden
frame buildings and sheds on. the property of the City of Alameda situate on
Government Island, including the Administration Building, located at the
extreme southeast corner of Government island, and,
WIEREAS, Symon Bros, agreed to pay to the City of Alameda the sum of Four
Hundred Dollars (400.00), upon the execution of said agreement; and,
WHEREAS, said sum of Four Hundred Dollars ( 400.00) was paid by said
Symon Bros. to the City of Alameda on said 21st day of June, 1933; now,
therefore,
EE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that said sum of Four
Hundred Dollars (0400.00) be, and the same is hereby, ordered transferred from
the Goneral Fund to the Unemployment Fund.
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make the
necessary transfers on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution ras duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the Oth day of July, 1933, by the follbring vote,
to wit:
