WIMEREAS, the City of Alameda is about to institi te. proceedirs before
the Railroad Commission of the State of California for the purpose of secur-
ing a reduction in. transbay ferry rat; and
WHEREAS, the reductio n. of such. Tates is of general interest to the
citizens of Alathede County as a anzleg
NOW THEREFORE, BE
1 RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Alameda does hereby repeat the County cf Alameda, by and threugh ito
Board of Stperviaors; to toin in said application and to endnrse the snipe.
