STREET FROM SAUTA CLARA AVENUE TO BUENA VISTA.

UPEREAC, the Council of the City of Alaxada did heretofore advertise
for sealed bids for the improvement of Park Street from Santa Clara Avenue
to Buena Vista Avenue in said City; and
WHEREAS, the bid of HEAFY-MOORE CO., in the following unit prices:
EXCAVATION. =.'7.7' 0.90 per cu.yd.
CRUSHER RUN BASE. 1.30 per ton.
Asphaltic Concrete Ease 3.90 per ton.
Asphaltic Concrete Surface. 4.40 per ton.
Non-Skid Surface . • 4.3.0 per ton.,
was the lowest responsible bid received in response to said notice, now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alaxeda that the contract
for the improvement of Park Street from 5enta Clara Avenue to Buena. Vista
Avonue be, and the same is hereby, awarded to HEAFEY-MOORE CO., pursuant to
its offer of September 5r , 1033, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed, for and on behalf of the said City anal the City Council, to enter
into a contract with said -3 3Y-i'303. CO., in accordance with said notice
and bid.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Soumcil of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of September, 1933,
by the following vote, to wit:
