REJECTING CLAIN. OF WILLIAM A. TODD FOR DAMAGES AGAINST
TIT CITY OF ALAI,EEDA IN TFE SUM OF 057,000.00
WHEREAS, one William A. Todd did, on March 16, 1933, file with the City
Clerk of the City of Alameda his certain Claim for damages against the City of
Alameda, wherein and whereby he made demand and claim on said City for damages
in the sum of Sixty-seven Thousand Dollars (067,000.00), alleged ta have been
by him sustained by reason of the death of one Katherine B. Todd as the result
of an automobile accident which occurred in the City of Alameda on January 17,
1933; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the afonasald
claim of said William A. Todd in the sum of Sixty-seven Thousand Dollars
(067t000.00), and the whole and each and every part thereof, be, and the sene
is hereby rejected and denied.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of March, 1934, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen 5ruzzone, Eachen, Morris, Tiedemann, aid President
Murray.
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None,
