Resolution 01827RESOLUTION O. 1827. REJECTING CLAIM OF WILLIAM A. TODD, JR., FOR DAMAGES AGAINST TEE CITY OF ALLMEDA IN THE SUM OF 075,000.00 =TEAS, one William A. Todd, Jr., by and through his guardian, William A. Todd, did, on March 16, 1933, . file with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda his certain claim for damages against the City of Alameda, wherein and whereby he made demand and claim on said City for damages in the sum of Seventy- five Thousand Dollars (075,000.00), alleged to have been by him sustained by reason 02 the death of ane Katherine B. Todd as the result of an automobile accident which occurred in the City of Alameda on January 17, 1933; now, there- fore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the aforesaid claim of said William A. Todd, Jr, in the sum of Seventy-five, Thousand Dollars (075,000.00), and the whole and each and every part thereof, be, and the same is hereby rejected and denied. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of March, 1934, by the folloaing vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Bruzzone, Eschen, Morris., Tiedemann and President Murray, (5).
