Todd and William A. Todd, Jr., by his guardian William A. Todd, did, on Jun e 30, 1933, file with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda their certain claim for damages against the City of Alameda, wherein and where- by they made demand and claim on said City for damages in the sum of Fifty-one Thousand Dollars ($51,000.00), elleged to have been by them sustained by reason of the death of one Katherine B. Todd as the result of an automobile accident which occurred in the City of Alameda on January 17, 1933; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED hy the Council of the City of Alameda that the aforesaid claim of said William A. Todd and William A. Todd, Jr., in the sum of Fifty- one Thousand Dollars (51,000.00), and the whole and each and every part thereof, be, and the same is hereby rejected and denied. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of March, 1934, by the folloning vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Bruzzone, Eschen, Morris, Tiedemann and President Murray, (5).
