Resolution 01835RESOLUTION NO. 1835. DEJIMATING TEE OETICIAL NEWSPAPER OF Ti E OITY OF LAMEDA. WHEREAS, the Times-Star PoIblishing Company publishes a newspaper known and desdgnated as "ALAMEDA TINES-STAR"; and, WHEREAE, said newspaper is a newspaper of general circulation, as said term is defined in Section No 4460 Si the Political Code of the State of California, and is printed, published and circulated in the City of Alameda; and, WWEREAS, there is ,no newspaper of general circulation published or printed in the Olty cf Alameda other than said Alameda Times-Star; now, therefore., BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that said ianieda Times-Star be, and it is hereby, designated as the official newspaper of the City of Alameda, and that any publication, notice by publication, or official advertising, required to be made by the provisions of the Charter or of any ordinance or resolution of the City of Alameda, or of any law ot this State, shall '. be given and made in said Alameda Times-Star. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day cf April, 1934, by the. following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Bruzzone and Esehen, and President Murray,(3).
