AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE1UEINT WITH DEPARTMENT

OF CALIFORNIA.
RELSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the
City of Alameda be, and he is hereby authorized and empowered to execute in
duplicate, and the Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby authorized to attest
the execution of, a certain "Memorandum of Agreement" to he jointly executed
by the City of Alameda and the Department of Public Works, State of California,
to provide for the expenditure of the City's share of the 1/4 cent gas tax
allocation.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of June, 1934, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bruzzone, Eschen, Morris, Tiedemann and President
Murray, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
