been furnished by said Sanatorium, for a period of one year andior 1110 cancelled
by either party, at a stir:iodated consideration of 03500 per year, payable quarterly
in arrears, and
BE IT FURTRER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, and
directed, to execute, and the City' Clerk to, attest, a formal contract on behalf of
the City of Alameda, en bodying the terms herein specified, and otherwise containing
all the terms and conditions contained in said contract of October 27, 1930, Pro-
vided, howevor, that sa23 . contract shall not behexecuted nor become effective until
thirty (30) days after the passage of this 313 02131,
