MENDES, by Ordinaroe lo. 1201 New Series, the Council of the City of Alameda
has appropriated the snm of 42"00, to be used for Publicity or advertising for said
city- during the fiscal year 1934-1935E and whereas the Alameda Chamber of Commerce
L's, duriric the past fiscal year, carried on work of advertAcing and publicity fer
the City or Alameda in accordance with the terra of a contract entered. taco between
the City of Alareja and said Alameda Chamber of Commerce under date of October 1,
1933, and
WHEREAS the said Alameda Chamber of 0o. co is wililna to continue in the work
of advertisirm the City of Alameda, and to carry OIL all the necessary publicity
for eaid city for the fiscal year 1934-1935 for the suA of B2700, payable in five
installments as follows:
