TRAHSTERRING ALL SURPLUS TONEY'S TU TUG GENERAL Ti
RESOLVED, 13 at under the provisions of sectian 21, chapter 3, article 41
of the Charter, the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer all
surplus nonbys to the General Fund, except such surplus moneys as may be in
the several interest and sinking funds and in such otber funds the disposit-
ion of said surplus noneyo is otherwise: provided for; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer
from tte Library Fund to the General and the sum of Eight Thousand Fifty-
six and 31/100 Dollars (5055.31) and be it further
BEJOLVED, that the Treasurer be and be is hereby directed to transfer
from the Initiative Relief Fund tu the General Fund, the sum of TWo Thousand
Seven Hundred Twenty-bine and 60/100 Dollars k)2729.68)-; and the Auditor and
tos Treasurer are hereby authorized to make said transfers upon their respect-
ive books, as of June 30, 134.
