RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CHANGE ZONE
ON COUNCIL'S OWN MOTION.
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda, that it is the in-
tention of said Council, on its own motion and without a petition there-
for., to initiate proceedings for cbanging and reclassifying that certain
real property situate in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southern
line of Lincoln Avenue with the western line
of Park Street; running thence along said southern
line of Lincoln. Avenue in a westerly direction to
Oak Street; running thence along the easterly line
of Oak Street southerly to Bank Street; running
thence along the northerly line of Bank Street to
Park Street; and running thence along the westerly
line of Park Street to the point of beginning,
from a Uusiness District, Class to a Business District, Class V,
and tree Clerk is directed to post notices of bearing thereon before the
City Planning Commission, as required. by Ordinance 393, New Series.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that tha foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced aud adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in reuler meeting assembled on the 2nd day of October, 1934,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bruzzone, Eschen, Morris, Tiedemann and Pres-
ident Ntrray, (5),
