BF IT RESOLNED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the Board of
Public Utilities of the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, be and is
hereby authorized to purchase from the Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing
Company of California, a California corporation, three (3) 250 KVA Transformers,
for the total purchase price of our Thousand One Hundred Eight and 50/100
Dollars (04108.50) f.o.b. Alaneda, and said Board is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with said Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing
Company of California for the purchase of said transformers in accordance
with the specifications adopted by said Board and the bid of said Company.
I, the uzcler3ii1;nerl, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adorted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in special meeting assembled on the lath day of October, 1954, by the following
vote, to wit:
vES: Councilmen Bruzzone, Escian, Norris and President Murray, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Tiedemanh, (1.).
