1HEREA.09 a special municipal election has in called and ordered to b3 held
in the City of Alaroda on March 12, 1935, in accordance with the provisions of
the Charter d.f the it of Alameda, as amended at the general election hold
November 6', 1922, and
WHEBEAD the budget of the City of Alameda for t03 fiscal year 1934-1935,
aTproved by this Council September 4, 1934, Resolution No. 180O, made no pro-
vision for defraying the expenses pf said special. municipal election,
NOW THEREFORE, E- IT REECIVED BY ITTE mulTaIL OF TEE CITY CF ALALMDA that the
sum of '45000 be, and is hereby, appropriated out of the General Fund of said
City for the purpose of defraying the expenses of said special election; that
said sam be added to said budget of the City of Alameda for the fiscal year
1934-19E5j, and that the same be transferred from the Oeneral :Edna of said City
to Account 289'.
BE IT TERTHER BESOIVED that the Auditor and Treasurer ere hereby directed
to make said transfers on their respeetive hooks.

regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of February, 1035, by the following
