UPON THE PROPOSES) IMPROVEMENT FOR TES
ORNAMENTAL LIMITING OF WEBSTER STREET.
BABOLVAD, that the City Engineer be end he is hereby directed to
prepare for the City Ceuneil a written report upon the proposed improvement
for the ornamental liehting of Webster Street between the north line of
Central Avenue and the segregation line, which report shall contain the
information required by ths Special kssessment Investigation, Limitation
and Majority Protest Act of 1931, as amended.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of March,
1935, by the fellevdng vote,to wit:
