Albert George) Councilman Broyles introduced the following Resolution and moved its. adoption: RESOLVED, that the present incumbent of the Office of City Attorney be and he is hereby removed, and said Office be and the same is hereby declared vacant. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of April, 1935, by the following vote, to wit: AvS: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
