Councilman. Broyles introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RE20 VED, that the Official Bond on file with the City. Clerk for and on
behalf of the City Attorney of the City of Alameda: be and the same is hereby
approved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of April, 1935, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
NOES: Councilmen nschen and Morris, (2).
