Councilman Broyles introduced the following, Resolution and mowed its
adoption:
REaoLTED, that D. Rey Fritz be and he is hereby appointed City Manager .
of the City of Alameda, to take office immediately upon taking and subscrib-
ing to the oath of office.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda. in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of April, 1935, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President loebke, (3).
NOES: Councilmen Eschen and Morris, (2).
ABSENT: None.
