RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T1- CITY OF ALLMEDA..that W. J. Justin be, and he
is hereby appointed Insurance Advisor for the City of Alameda, said appointment
to be effective es of eleven o'clock A. M. April 17, 1935,
RE30LVE5J FURTHR that the compensation payable to said W. J. Justin for his
services as said Insurance Advisor be on the basis of 4.0% of the commission
payable to said E. J. Justin, and 60% thereof to the members of the Insurance
Association of the City of Alameda.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Gouncil of the City of Alameda in
adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of April, 1935, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:

NOES: Councilmen Eschen and Morris, (2).
