RESOLVED, that the present incumbent of the office of City Clerk be and he
is hereby removed, and that said office be and the same is hereby declared vacant,
also that incumbent be given two weeks pay as vacation allowance.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned
regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of April, 1935, by the following vote, to
