RESOLVED, that Sherman G. Blood be, and he is hereby eppointed City Clerk
of the City of Alameda, to enter upon the duties of his office immediately.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Councll of the City of Alameda in
special meeting assembled on the 20th day of May, 1935, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
YOB'S: Councilmen Rschen and Morris, (2).
ABSENT: None.
