RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INVESTIGATZ
MATTER OF AGO:JIBING TAYLOR PROPERTY FCR PARK PURPOSES.
RESOLVED that the City. -Manager be, and he is hereby, directed to make
a complete investigation into the matter of acquiring certain property at
the foot or Pearl Street for the purpose of eetablisbing a park, and that
he submit a report tc the Council containing detailed information in re-
gard to the project and the method of financing the same.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City. of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of June, 1935, . by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Beebice, (3).
NOES: Councilman Cschen and Morris, (2).
ABSENT: None.
