Resolution 01959RS:SOLUTION NO. 1959. TRUISFERRING MONEY FROM TEE COMP=TION INSURANCE FUND TO THL GENERAL FUJI). =PEAS, the City of Alameda is now insured with the Industrial Accident Commission of the State, end the maintenance of a compensation insurance fund by the City is no longer required, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the present balance of $9,659.17 now remaining in the Compensation Insurance Fund of the City be, and the same is hereby, transferred to the General Fund thereof; and be it further RESOLVED, that should any further liability accrue because of accidents, which occurred prior to the time of taking out insurance with the State, the same shall be paid out of the General Fund of the City. * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of June, 1935, by the following vote, to wit - AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
