ESTABLISHING A GAS TAX FUND.
RESOLVED, by the CWuncil of the City of Alameda, that a now fund, to be
known as the Gas Tax Fund, be, and the same is: herety established.
All money received by the City of Alameda from a division of the tax
collected and allooated by the State on the sale of gasoline shall be raid
into said Gas Tax Fund.
I, tans undersigned, hereby eertify that the ferogoing Resolution wes duly
and re5diarly introduced and adapted by the Connell or' the City of Alameda
. in regular, meeting assembled on the 2nd day of July, 1935, by the following
vote, to wit:
